LEGO® Serious Play™ is the powerful internationally renowned methodology used by organisations to engage all participants and allow them to generate innovative ideas for organisational improvement.  Based on extensive research, the process enables teams to address complex issues in an engaging way.

Facilitators, trainers, educators, HR professionals as well as project planning experts and strategists are able to be trained to implement this process in the work that they do. The Telephone Customer Service course is designed for all people who interact with customers regularly by telephone. The 1 day workshop is high impact and highly interactive helping individuals develop techniques and confidence for providing excellence in every customer contact.

The Telephone Sales or Service Based Selling course is designed for all people who have some need to sell over the telephone.
This type of programme can be used for adding value, cross selling, up selling to direct selling.

Team Leader - ADVANCED (2 Days)

The next step for team leaders taking a more strategic role. This workshop focuses on presenting, business planning, project management, networking, putting a business case together coupled with the ever important ability of managing your boss! Consists of a 2 day interactive workshop and a 1 hour individual coaching session.
