1 Day Foundation level Train the Trainer Accreditation Program The 1 day program includes: · Introduction to the theory that rests behind LEGO Serious Play methodology including its history and research foundation drawn from the fields of business, organisational development, psychology and learning · A hands-on, practical overview of the generic process of facilitation of LEGO Serious Play within the framework of this methodology · Introduction to the 3 core steps of LEGO Serious Play – posing the question; building and giving meaning and telling and sharing the meaning · Participation in the session with ‘two hats’ on to experience the power of LEGO Serious Play as a participant and as a facilitator · Techniques to ensure that all participants are engaged and in ‘flow’ and to support participants as they experience different comfort levels during a session · Understand the role of the facilitator to move participants through the 3 core steps of the process for both individual model-building and for creating joint landscapes · Develop a LEGO Serious Play vocabulary and avoid the traps when facilitating
