His experience specifically relates to contact centre leadership, consultation, and training management (design, delivery, and coaching). As an experienced and successful customer service, sales and training manager he has worked with a number of successful New Zealand businesses, New Zealand’s leading telecommunications provider and one of New Zealand’s leading electronics manufacturers.
