Jade joins the Rapid Results team with over ten years contact centre experience in all levels ranging from Customer Services Representative through to Contact Centre Management. Jade's expert knowledge on NZQA and assessing standards brings a lot of value to the growth of the company and its services to its clients.
Jade holds the registration as an Assessor for Level 3 National Contact Centre Operations, Level 4 Team Leader and First Line Management. Her specialty is in: * Assisting struggling candidates move through these qualifications to attain a win/win outcome for all parties concerned. * Coaching and guiding both new and existingg work place assessors * Assisting with initiation of the qualification into your business * Candidate care - motivation, coaching, assessing Jade gains her experience predominantly from the Telecommunications industry having worked for all leading providers in this segment. She has also worked in the Energy, Finance and FMCG industries.
