Elaine McMeeking
Elaine has a Bachelor of Arts, Teachers diploma and a Masters Degree specialising in Training Management. She ran her own business for 13 years and worked with a variety of clients. These included Retail clients such as Dick Smith Electronics, Noel Leeming Group, Briscoe Group and Rebel Sport; as well as corporate clients like Vero and Air New Zealand.
Elaine has worked with Air New Zealand for 7 years, facilitating the following programmes: Leadership Essentials; Sideline Coaching; Feedback Skills and Performance Excellence. Elaine has also been a regular presenter at the Leadership College.
She is a member of (NZATD) New Zealand Association for Training and Development and (ASTD) American Association for Training and Development. For the past 2 years she has been working with some of the major retailers in India, in the area of leadership development. Elaine is married (very happily!) to Andy, who was a partner in the business and has two sons, aged 17 and 14 years. Hobbies and interests include: • Family activities • Marathon running • Adventure sports • Travel • Reading
